Cancellations and Refunds

• Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your seat.
• Bookings are non-refundable if purchased without the “Cancel for Any Reason.”
• Should you need to cancel your booking and you do have the “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance. Please cancel no later than 4:00pm the day prior to your scheduled tour for a full refund.

Booking and payment conditions for private tours are established on an ad-hoc basis based on tour inclusions. Please discuss with your sales manager.

Standard conditions:

• Deposit of at least $500.00 due at the time of booking.
• Final payment due 60 days prior to scheduled departure date.

• Full payment is due upon time of booking.
• Tickets and admission fees are always non-refundable.
• Touring cost (cost for transportation & guide).
  • If cancelled between time of booking and 41 days prior to the scheduled tour date no cancellation fee will apply.
    Full refund will be issued.
  • If cancelled 40-31 days prior to scheduled tour date $30.00 cancellation fee will apply.
  • If cancelled 30-15 days prior to tour scheduled tour date a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated cost will apply.
  • If cancelled 14 days or less prior to the scheduled tour date, no refunds will be given.
